Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc. and More Management, LLC (collectively, "Bell Buckle/More," "we," "us," or "our") are committed to transparency about how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. This Privacy Notice applies to your interactions with us and your use of our websites (including, without limitation, morebrand.co and any Bell Buckle corporate site), membership programs, token-gated features, reservation systems, events, products, services, apps, and other features—online or offline (collectively, the "Services").

We may change this Privacy Notice periodically by posting an updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date. If we make significant changes, we may also notify you via the Services or email. Your continued use of the Services after notice means you accept the changes.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information (information that identifies or relates to an identifiable individual) and non-personal information (anonymized or aggregated information). The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services and may include:

  • Contact Information: name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and similar details.
  • Identity & Background Details: date of birth, demographic information you choose to share, and affiliations relevant to membership vetting.
  • Employment Information: employer, role/title (when provided for membership or event eligibility).
  • Preferences: hospitality, dining, travel, entertainment, and other preferences you share to tailor experiences.
  • Account & Membership Information: login credentials, wallet verification status, membership tier, reservation history, event attendance, communications preferences.
  • On-Chain & Wallet Information: public blockchain wallet address(es), token balance checks for access verification, transaction hashes you voluntarily submit or that are visible on-chain. We never collect or store your private keys.
  • Transactional Information: bookings, purchases, refunds, payment method type (processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers).
  • Device/Network Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and similar usage data.
  • Approximate Location: derived from IP address (city/region level).

We also collect non-personal information and may de-identify personal information to create non-personal information. When combined with personal information, we treat it as personal information.

You can decline to provide certain information, but some Services may not function without it.

2. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from You: when you visit our sites or venues; create an account; connect a wallet; request support; complete forms; RSVP; make reservations; or communicate with us (including surveys).
  • Automatically: via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you use the Services (see Cookies & Analytics below).
  • From Third Parties: service providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics), marketing partners, venues, or identity/AML vendors (where applicable law permits).
  • Public & On-Chain Sources: block explorers and other public records where activity is publicly available by design of blockchain networks.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to operate the Services, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze usage to improve performance. Necessary cookies are required and cannot be disabled in our systems. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser. Some features may not work without cookies. Our Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

Online Analytics

We use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) that collect usage information (such as IP address, time of visit, pages viewed, and referring URLs). For Google's opt-out, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • Operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services (including token-gated access, wallet verification, reservations, events, and member support).
  • Create and manage your account and membership, including eligibility review.
  • Personalize experiences, recommendations, and communications.
  • Process transactions and send related notices.
  • Communicate with you (service messages, policy updates, and—where permitted—marketing).
  • Conduct research, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and risk-management obligations and respond to lawful requests.
  • Enforce agreements and protect our rights, users, partners, venues, and the public.
  • Any other purpose with your consent.

We may create de-identified or aggregated data and use it for any lawful purpose.

We retain personal information as needed for these purposes and to comply with legal, accounting, audit, and backup requirements.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We share personal information with:

  • Service Providers & Vendors: IT hosting, wallet-connect providers, KYC/AML vendors (if used), analytics, email/SMS platforms, payment processors, reservation and CRM systems, event/venue partners, and professional advisers (lawyers, auditors). They must protect your information and use it only under our instructions.
  • Business Partners/Venues: to fulfill reservations, access, and event operations, or as you direct.
  • Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect safety and rights, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Corporate Transactions: in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business (subject to appropriate safeguards).
  • With Your Consent or Direction.

We share non-personal (aggregated/de-identified) information for lawful business purposes.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we process. Despite our efforts, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact us immediately. We will never ask for or store your private keys.

7. International Transfers

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information, contact us.

9. Your Choices & Rights

  • Access/Portability/Correction/Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or a copy in a portable format, subject to legal limits.
  • Marketing Preferences: You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You will still receive transactional or service emails where permitted.
  • Cookies/Tracking Controls: Use your browser/device settings to manage cookies and certain tracking technologies. Some features may not function without them.
  • Network Advertising: To learn about interest-based advertising choices, visit the NAI Opt-Out Page or the DAA Opt-Out Tool (ad choices may still appear but be less relevant).
  • Do Not Track: Our Services do not currently alter behavior upon DNT signals.

To exercise rights, use the contact details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity or authority.

10. California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. California residents may exercise access, deletion, correction, and portability rights without discrimination. You may also limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable (we generally do not collect SPI as defined by California law for consumer profiling).

11. Third-Party Websites, Apps & Blockchains

The Services may link to third-party sites and apps. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies. Public blockchains are open systems; information written to a blockchain may be publicly accessible and immutable. Your use of third-party wallets, exchanges, and dApps is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

12. Europe/United Kingdom Addendum

International Transfers

Where your information is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses with additional measures where required).

Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary for the purposes described, considering legal, contractual, and operational requirements.

Your Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (including to processing based on legitimate interests), and withdrawal of consent (without affecting prior lawful processing). We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive. We may request additional information to verify your identity. We aim to respond within one month, subject to extensions permitted by law.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
